We know there are circumstances which prompt a parent to decide that they would like to remove their child's registration application and to request a refund. Please try to remember that late drops affect us not only financially, but also affect kids who are on teams, as well as those who are trying to get on teams.

Withdrawal from AYSO programs in Region 1408 affects team balancing and formation, puts additional stress on volunteers, impacts wait lists, and planning, and costs the region financially. However, AYSO Region 1408 understands there are situations where a player is no longer able or willing to participate in the region's programs.
AYSO Region 1408 has the following refund policy in place:
A refund request must be made no later than 4 weeks before the first scheduled game of the season, to be considered for a refund of Program fees. The AYSO National fee is non-refundable. Once uniforms have been ordered, there will be no refunds given.
**All requests will be reviewed by the Board before a final decision will be made. If your refund is approved at the next scheduled board meeting, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from that date, for the refund to be processed.** You will be notified of the final decision by email.If the region is unable to place your child on a team for any reason, a full refund of Program fees will be given.
